Ideal Candidate
Health-minded, nutritionally conscious, has high energy and understands what a great customer experience provides.  Has management experience, passion for life that includes task performance management, hiring, developing/inspiring their team.  Someone who is prepared to work hard and be involved in the business daily for at least for the first 3 months.  Owner also needs to be available full time at time of the 1 week of corporate training (8 weeks before café grand opening) until café opening to hire staff and execute local marketing strategy.  Also, full time for first 3 months of café opening.
