They will work directly with you as well as your store management to demonstrate how to locate, design, construct and effectively operate a highly efficient 500 to 1,000 square foot non-traditional or 2,500 to 1,000 square foot traditional restaurants. Their easy operational model has limited ingredients, simple food procurement and basic preparation. Their restaurants have no need for a highly experienced chef, and the restaurant can be run with 5-7 employees per shift.
