Owner must be willing to be involved in the business and stay engaged in the salon’s success while a licensed Salon Manager is in place to lead the day to day salon operations.

Role of Franchisee – The franchisee is focused on the business of the hair salon and not the day-to-day management of the salon. The owner will manage a salon manager who runs the day-to-day operations of the salon. The franchisee is focused on marketing/driving guest count; finances; scheduling and salon profitability metrics.
